It’s been a while since I’ve created a new pizza recipe & I am super excited about this one!

As always, I use Crustology brand crust for my pizza. I found Crustology pizza crusts months ago and it truly is my favorite. Not only does it taste amazing, but it’s a great time-saver! The crust is all ready for you to add your toppings and bake!

I love making dinners from scratch, but I also have a TON of no/minimal cook recipes in my arsenal – which is how this pizza recipe came to light. One of my favorite quick and easy meals uses Amylu’s Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken Meatballs. I get these from Costco and literally all you have to do is heat and eat (you can do this in the microwave, but I LOVE heating them in the air fryer).

So one day I decided to take the meatballs and throw them on a pizza. It took a few tries, but I found the best way to really get that meatball in every bit was to take the meatballs and pulse them in a food processor for a few seconds to give them more like a ground meat texture.

The meatballs, plus BBQ sauce and cheese make the perfect combo. And if you’re a pineapple on your pizza type of person, throwing on some sliced pineapple probably be amazing too!

I always love to pair my pizza with a nice big side salad!
