Throughout my life I have tried many different ways to lose weight and get into shape. I was always focused on the number I would see on the scale each morning. Michelle taught me how to eat healthy and incorporate healthy habits into my daily life. Not only was this plan manageable but more importantly sustainable.
I have never been a fan of exercise and once the school year started up again it became extremely hard for me to find the time and energy to complete my workouts. I remember starting to feel discouraged and would become mad at myself for not doing the workouts. As always, Michelle was by my side, encouraging me every step of the way. She worked with me to modify my workouts and program. She helped me create new goals and a plan that would fit in with my work schedule.

This program is not for someone looking for a quick fix. Change WILL happen, but it will be slow and sustainable. You must be ok with slow change, scale fluctuations, weeks with no movement on the scale and looking at other factors besides weight as progress indicators.
No! Only registered dieticiens can provide meal plans. I do not believe that meal plans are necessary for most people. I am not here to tell you what to eat. I am here to educate you about what nutrients will best fuel your body for your individual needs and goals. If you are looking for someone to tell you exactly what to eat, this program is not for you.

Nope! I customize all of my client’s fitness programs to meet their needs – that includes what you do and do not have access to. In your pre-consultation questionnaire there will be a section for you to tell me whether you have access to a gym or you prefer to workout at home. You can also let me know exactly what equipment you have access to and I will customize your workouts based on your responses.
