Today more than ever, there are so many life stressors that get in the way of us really taking the time to care for ourselves. As women, we feel the pressure to be the best wives and mothers, all while being successful in our careers. We shouldn’t have to choose between each of those things and our own self-care! Digging into our mindset and coming up with simple healthy habits that compliment our current lifestyles and help support our goals can help us achieve that balance we all look for in life. I will be here to provide guidance, support and empower you to make your own decisions about your whole health and wellness.

Base coaching package

There is no ‘one-size fits all’ approach when it comes to your health. When you choose the base coaching package you will work directly with me to improve all aspects of your health, including but not limited to  nutrition plans that meets your goals, habit formation, body image, relationship with food and mindset & behavior change.

Mindful Masters package

When you choose this package you will get all that good stuff included in the Base Coaching Package, PLUS a personalized strength training program via the Mindfully Meesh branded training app. These workouts can be done at home or in the gym.
