Welcome to Mindfully Meesh Health & ​Fitness Coaching! I'm Michelle...

the founder and lead health coach. My journey into health and wellness began ​around middle school. I was overweight as a child. I grew up in the years that Weight ​Watchers blew up and even though I was technically too young to join, I had friend’s ​mothers getting me all the points books & calculators from their Weight Watchers ​meetings. I lost a ton of weight, but I did this by restricting food during the day & ​then bingeing at night; not to mention the countless hours on the treadmill & ​completing Beachbody’s Insanity program. This was not sustainable and over the ​years my weight continued to fluctuate up and down based on the new “fad” I was ​doing. I even did the Cabbage Soup diet at one point. Let’s just say my relationship ​with food, exercise and my body was not good. No matter how much weight I lost, I ​was never happy with how my body looked. Although my relationship around food ​greatly improved before pregnancy through the discovery of macro tracking, ​pregnancy was a huge awakening for me to really work to transform my mindset ​towards food, fitness & my body. I began educating myself and worked with a few ​different coaches. I continue to work on myself and my relationship with food & my ​body, but I now have the tools to improve myself in a healthy & sustainable manner. ​Now I help women achieve their health goals, while transforming their mindset so ​they can live a truly aligned and balanced life.

What is 1:1 health coaching, and ​how can it benefit me?

Whether you want to ​lose weight, work on your relationship with food and ​exercise, improve your body image, manage stress, ​improve your fitness, or enhance your overall well-​being, my coaching can help you get there.

What methods or approaches do you use ​in your 1:1 health coaching programs?

My approach is holistic, focusing on your physical, ​emotional, and mental well-being. I use evidence-based ​strategies, behavior change techniques, goal setting, ​and ongoing support to empower you on your journey ​to better health. While, I tailor my methods to your ​unique needs and preferences to ensure a personalized ​and effective coaching experience, all 1:1 coaching ​clients can expect to work on goal setting & habit ​formation, mindset, healthy eating habits, nutrition ​to support your lifestyle, your relationship with food, ​fitness and body image & living in alignment with your ​goals and values.

Is there a time commitment?

I offer a few different options as far as coaching ​packages go. While, true, lasting change takes ​time (6-12 months), I understand that not ​everyone can make a long-lasting commitment.


For 1:1 health coaching packages, I offer a 4, 6 ​or 12 month package.


Mindfully Meesh Macros is a 4-week program, ​with the option to continually add-on 4 more ​weeks at a time.


All fitness only programs are on a month to ​month basis.

Do you provide meal plans?

I don’t provide meal plans because I believe in ​empowering my clients to make their own ​informed food choices, rather than following a ​restrictive list of what to eat. Meal plans can feel ​limiting and don’t teach the skills needed for ​long-term success. Instead, I focus on helping ​you build sustainable habits, understand your ​nutritional needs, and find a balanced approach ​that works for your lifestyle—so you can enjoy ​food without feeling restricted or dependent on ​a plan. My goal is to give you the tools to ​confidently navigate your nutrition in a way ​that’s flexible and sustainable for the long term.

What can I expect during the ​onboarding process for 1:1 coaching?

Once you sign up for coaching, you’ll receive a client ​handbook and access to the client portal where you’ll ​find everything you need to get started. First, you’ll ​fill out an intake form, followed by some onboarding ​activities that will be completed over the course of a ​week. These activities help us dive straight into goal ​setting during our onboarding call. You’ll also have ​access to tutorials that guide you through using the ​client portal, ensuring you’re comfortable navigating ​it. Our onboarding call typically takes place a week ​after you sign up, giving you time to complete these ​steps and get familiar with everything.

How is your fitness programming ​structured & what equipment is needed?

Both fitness programming packages, feature strength ​training workouts that change every month. While the ​Build program does not have the option for individual ​customization, you do have the option to choose how ​many days per week you want programming for, difficulty ​level, an At Home or Gym option & 1 check-in with me per ​month. Build will also offer you alternate exercise options, ​to allow for varying equipment available to you.

Strengthen programming is 100% customized to your ​needs and equipment available. Additional support is ​provided through 2 check-ins per month (one with an ​option of a call with your coach) and support on ​mindset/behavior change and habit formation ​specifically related to fitness.

Do I have to track macros?

You don’t have to track macros if it doesn’t ​align with your lifestyle or goals! While ​tracking macros can be a helpful tool for ​understanding your nutrition and ensuring ​you’re meeting your body’s needs, it’s not the ​only way to reach your goals. I work with ​clients to find the approach that fits them best​—whether that’s tracking macros, focusing on ​portion sizes, or simply being more mindful of ​food choices. The goal is to create a sustainable, ​balanced relationship with food that works for ​you, without the pressure to follow any one ​method.

Do I have to be local to work with you?

No, you don’t have to be local to work with me! ​My coaching is fully virtual, so we can connect ​no matter where you are. Whether you’re ​across the country or on the other side of the ​world, we’ll work together through messaging, ​video calls, Loom Videos and voice memos ​(depending on coaching package). You’ll also ​have access to the client portal, where you can ​track your progress and stay in touch between ​check-ins. My goal is to make coaching ​accessible and flexible, no matter your location.
