Description
This option includes a 60 minute Nutrition Consultation for previous 1:1 clients of mine.
This option is for those who:
- are not currently enrolled in one of my 1:1 coaching programs, but previously have been
- are looking for more a one-off session for accountability and support
- are content with where they are at with their nutrition and/or fitness, but are looking for a little input to optimize them even further
Remember, this is not a 1:1 coaching program. This is a one-off nutrition consultation session.
Once you purchase the session, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to my Calendly calendar to schedule your check-in.
