I’ve been craving a good granola lately, so I decided to make my own!
This Gingerdoodle Almond Butter Granola is drool-worthy 🤤It contains nutritious ingredients, like rolled oats and almonds, is SO easy to make & it also leaves your kitchen smelling AMAZING while its cooking!
For this recipe, I used my absolute FAVORITE nut butter brand, American Dream Nut Butter , and their Gingerdoodle almond butter flavor.
I love using this granola as a topping on yogurt or sometimes I even eat it like cereal with some unsweetened almond milk.
Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup raw almonds
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
- 4 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/3 cup American Dream Nut Butter Gingerdoodle Almond Butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until everything is evenly mixed.
- Spread the mixture onto your baking sheet evenly.
- Bake for one hour, checking every 20 minutes stirring the granola around. Granola is done once it is golden brown and dry to the touch.
- Let cool for at least 20 minutes before eating!
