Throughout my life I have tried many different ways to lose weight and get into shape.  I was always focused on the number I would see on the scale each morning.  Michelle taught me how to eat healthy and incorporate healthy habits into my daily life.  Not only was this plan manageable but more importantly sustainable. 

I have never been a fan of exercise and once the school year started up again it became extremely hard for me to find the time and energy to complete my workouts.  I remember starting to feel discouraged and would become mad at myself for not doing the workouts.  As always, Michelle was by my side, encouraging me every step of the way.  She worked with me to modify my workouts and program.  She helped me create new goals and a plan that would fit in with my work schedule.

I truly believe that I would not have been as successful on my journey (learning about myself, my health and my fitness) without Michelle and her program.  I have lost over 30 pounds to date and plan to continue on my health and wellness journey with Michelle.  I cannot thank Michelle enough and am excited to see what lies ahead!!

Over the last 6 months I have worked on improving my relationship with myself and with eating. In the beginning it was difficult to understand how I let myself have an unhealthy relationship with food. Now I understand that EVERYTHING is ok in moderation and I don’t beat myself up for indulging here and there.
